Each person may hold only one account. If multiple accounts are found under the same identity, all of them will be closed. bigwin bet may request the following documents for identity verification at any time.

• Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn directly — the specified wagering requirements must be completed first.

All decisions regarding betting and gaming on bigwin bet are final. Once a bet is confirmed, it cannot be changed or cancelled. If a technical error produces an abnormal result, bigwin bet reserves the right to void that bet.

• Bets must be confirmed before the match kicks off — except for live betting.
• Bigwin bet may void any bet placed at odds that were incorrectly displayed due to a system error.
• Arbitrage betting — placing opposing bets on the same match to exploit bonuses — is strictly prohibited.

• Casino games use an RNG-certified system — every result is completely random and unbiased.

Any dispute regarding game results on bigwin bet must be reported to support within 72 hours. Claims submitted after this window will not be accepted.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bigwin bet. If any such activity is detected, the account will be immediately closed, funds may be forfeited, and legal action may be taken if necessary.

• Opening or operating an account using someone else's information
• Money laundering or transactions involving illegal funds
• Running multiple accounts to manipulate the bonus system
• Betting using software bots or automated tools
• Betting using match-fixing or insider information
• Attempting to exploit any security vulnerability on the platform
• Any form of harassment or fraud against other members

You can close your bigwin bet account at any time by contacting support. Closure requests are processed within 24 hours. Make sure to withdraw any valid remaining balance before closing your account.

• Bigwin bet reserves the right to close any account at any time for violations of these terms.
• Accounts may be temporarily suspended while an investigation is ongoing.

• Bigwin bet's maximum liability is limited to the funds held in your account.
• Bigwin bet is not liable for any issues arising from third-party software or payment gateways.
• All disputes must first be submitted to bigwin bet support for resolution.
• If your issue is not resolved through support, you may escalate your complaint to the licensing authority.
